Philip Childers has been working in environmental consulting since 2003. He is a California Asbestos Consultant (CAC), Nevada licensed asbestos consultant, a California Certified Lead Based Paint Inspector/Risk Assessor, and Lead Based Paint Risk Assessor (EPA Administered States). He has successfully completed large asbestos abatement projects in New York, Oklahoma, Texas, California, and Nevada. Some highlights include conducting a 4,000+ sample asbestos survey, abatement oversight, and final clearance of the 557-megawatt, coal-fired Reid Gardner Power Generating Plant in Moapa, Nevada, as well as providing a turn-key asbestos abatement project of an industrial flight kitchen for the New York Port Authority at JFK International Airport. Philip has completed multiple Hazardous Building Materials Surveys (HBMS), Lead Based Paint (LBP) evaluations, indoor air quality (IAQ) assessments, mold inspections, and industrial exposure assessments for both private and government sector clients. Working with the AllPro team, Philip has completed close to 2,000 various asbestos testing, lead, mold, and fire assessment projects for residential homeowners, commercial building owners, and property managers. Philip is an avid snowboarder and mountain sport enthusiast. Living in Minden, NV, he will tell you how lucky he is to have the Lake Tahoe area as his backyard. Philip also engages in various non-profit organizations and fundraising causes, including ActivStem Foundation, which provides treatment grants and raises funds for research for mountain athletes with spinal cord injuries.

Todd has been working in the construction industry since 1999. He began as a General Contractor and Licensed Plumber before transitioning to environmental consulting, specializing in asbestos testing, mold inspection, and abatement. Todd is a California Site Surveillance Technician (CSST-Asbestos) and a California Certified Lead-Based Paint Sampling Technician (EPA Administered States), as well as a Lead Supervisor. He has successfully completed numerous large and small projects involving asbestos, lead, indoor air quality (IAQ), fire/smoke damage, and mold inspections and abatement throughout California and Nevada. Todd has a passion for helping and educating others, and his extensive experience in construction and plumbing gives him a deep understanding of construction defects and water damage, enabling him to locate hidden mold and water issues. He has collaborated with many homeowners and business owners to tackle these challenges, often finding mold that others could not detect. Todd resides in Reno, NV, where he enjoys camping and boating with family and friends on the beautiful lakes in the area, including his favorite, Lake Tahoe.
